This scale is perfect.

I have used it almost daily since 2009.

I use it for soap making, measuring kitchen ingredients & measuring primarily first class postal items.

I have never had my soap turn out poorly because of mis measurements.

I have never had the wrong amount of a food ingredient.

I have never had a retured package because of inadequate postage.

I also have not yet needed to replace the batteries.

I wish it stayed on a little longer prior to going to sleep, but other than that it is a perfect little scale. It also washes up great if you spill.

I got my scale about a week ago and already I have used it about 20 times. I admit, the first few times we're just for fun and because I could, but I am starting to easily see how this fits into my every day life. (Now serving size information is actually useful! Imagine that...)

2 things you should know, but haven't affected me negatively yet are that the plate on top is not removable, if you think that it is. Also, some larger items might cover up the display when put on the scale. Mess around with it or just use something smaller and you're good to go. This is a great, and accurate!, scale
